Services & pricing

What we do, and what it costs.

Most AI companies hide pricing behind a sales call. We'd rather you know the numbers before we ever talk, so the conversation starts honest. Every figure below is a real range from real engagements.

Not ready for any of it? Book a free 30-minute intro call. No deck, no pressure, no obligation.

The AI Operations Audit

One day on site, or two half-days remote, inside your systems and workflow. We walk 25 proven industrial AI use cases with your team, mark the ones that are actually live in your business, and score each on confidence, speed, investment, and return.

What you get

  • A detailed written assessment you can share internally
  • Every opportunity ranked and tiered: Quick Win, Core Engine, or Strategic
  • Rough effort and payback range for each item
  • A recommended first step with pilot scope and success metric
  • A candid section: what we did not recommend, and why
  • A one-on-one meeting to walk through the findings and answer your questions
Fixed price

$2,500One day on site · written report plus a one-on-one review

No obligation to build anything. If we build a pilot afterward, the audit fee is credited toward it.

Deploy, don't reinvent

Pre-Built Agent Deployments

We've identified and built 21 agents that solve problems industrial companies bring us again and again: quoting and margin, supplier negotiation, regulatory questions, safety triage, and more. Each one is configured to your data, your terminology, and your workflow, not built from a blank page.

The catalog grows with every project. When a customer brings us a new problem worth solving, it usually becomes the next agent.

Typical investment

$10,000 – $40,000per agent deployment · typically 6–8 weeks

Scope depends on how many systems we connect and how much data preparation your environment needs. A success metric is agreed before we start.

Built to your spec

Custom AI Implementations

When your problem doesn't match a catalog agent, we build to your unique specs: quoting intelligence trained on your job history, production and margin analysis, institutional-knowledge capture, or systems that finally make your ERP, QuickBase, and spreadsheets talk to each other.

Every custom build runs on your own data, inside a security posture designed for regulated industries, with a measurable outcome agreed up front.

Typical investment
Quick-win pilot$10k – $25k
under 90 days
Core system$25k – $100k
1–2 quarters
Strategic program$150k – $300k+ / yr
multi-quarter

Larger programs deliver bigger absolute returns but take longer to realize. The audit sequences them after quick wins have paid for themselves.

Your documents, backed by the rules

Regulatory Intelligence

Your policies, procedures, and manuals are the heart of how your company operates. Junipix connects them to a regulatory library we maintain across OSHA, DOT, PHMSA, FAA, FERC, FSMA, EPA and related domains, as a supplement to your internal documents. The result is two things nothing else in your business does:

  • One controlling answer. When your policy and the regulation overlap, your people get the stricter requirement, with both citations. One question, one answer.
  • Policy gap analysis. Your manuals mapped section by section against the regulations that govern them, with gaps flagged for review.

The regulatory library is also available standalone for teams that just need fast, cited answers to compliance questions.

A warehouse supervisor asks
"Can this employee operate the forklift today?"
Junipix answers
"No. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178(l) requires evaluation every three years, and this operator's last evaluation lapsed in March. Your safety policy also requires site-specific certification for dock work, which is not on file. Two items to clear before authorization."

Subscriptionscoped to agencies covered and documents connected

Standalone regulatory Q&A starts as a low-cost subscription. Policy-connected deployments are scoped like an agent deployment ($10k–$40k) plus subscription.

AI Owner's Representative

In construction, an owner doesn't manage the general contractor alone. They hire an owner's rep who's built things before. Same idea here. If your AI solution comes from somewhere else, we sit on your side of the table. Three situations where companies bring us in:

  • Before you buy. We review the vendor's proposal, scope, and pricing against our audit checklist and tell you what's missing, what's overpriced, and what questions to ask.
  • When a project is in trouble. Stalled, over budget, or a demo that never became a tool. We diagnose it, reset the scope and success metric, and get it moving or tell you to stop paying for it.
  • Ongoing oversight. On retainer, we manage the vendor relationship, hold the work to a written success metric, and report to you in plain numbers.

One thing said out loud, since you're already wondering: yes, we also build these systems, and sometimes our advice will be "this vendor isn't going to get there." When that happens we show our work, and the rebuild plan is yours to take to anyone, including not us. Advice you can't trust is worth exactly what the vendor's demo was.

Building is our main business, so we take a limited number of these at a time.

Retainer · limited slots

Proposal reviews and troubled-project diagnoses are also available as fixed-price, one-time engagements. And if all you need is a few hours of straight advice before a decision, ask. We're easy to work with on shape; we're strict about outcomes.

What actually drives the price up or down

FactorWhy it matters
Data conditionClean, accessible data in one system is fast. Data scattered across spreadsheets, email, and paper adds preparation time. This is often the single biggest cost driver.
Number of systems connectedEach integration (ERP, QuickBase, WMS, accounting) adds scope. One system of record is the cheapest starting point.
Success metric complexity"Answer compliance questions with citations" is simpler to prove than "recover two points of margin." Harder proofs need more measurement work.
Security & review requirementsMost of our posture is standard. Customer-specific security reviews, procurement processes, and legal cycles add calendar time more than cost.
Your internal championThe cheapest projects have one empowered person who can answer questions weekly. Projects without one drift, and drift costs money.

If a vendor's quote doesn't move with these factors, one of two things is true: they haven't looked at your data yet, or they've priced in never looking.
